BB #246 Strike Gundam was released in February 2003. I’ve acquired this unit early this year. This is the first SD Gundam that I’ve purchased which actually has a leg segment. It’s nothing like the very old ones where their feet are attached to their waist giving the impression that they have no legs.

I ran out of excuses not to setup my own light tent after acquiring the new camera. The idea is not original. It’s from my long hours of lurking here and there reading blog posts. The first one that caught my attention was from here. After more lurking around, I’ve found the dimensions that I need from here.
Started collecting plastic models some 10 odd years ago while in college (circa 1996 – 1997). It wasn’t much of a collection as there wasn’t much cash to burn at that time. The interest some what dwindled to nothing after a while.
Early this year (around January 2008), a collector friend of mine reignited this interest of mine. Since then, I’ve purchased close to 30 plastic models. All in the category of Super Deformed Gundam, or SD Gundam. Here are some from the lot that I’ve assembled. (Note: yet to paint any of the plastic models)
